Cameron is right: Afghanistan and Nigeria are fantastically corrupt

The British Prime Minister David Cameron is embroiled in a scandal after describing two countries as corrupt during a diplomatic event. Although the press is feigning shocked dismay around this supposed gaffe, his statements is in fact true.
